1、本項(xiàng)目招標(biāo)文件中招標(biāo)項(xiàng)目專用合同條款數(shù)據(jù)表〔房屋建筑工程設(shè)計(jì)合同〕第9項(xiàng)補(bǔ)充合同條款中的其他補(bǔ)充條款的第8小點(diǎn)內(nèi)容修改為：“設(shè)計(jì)人未能按投標(biāo)時(shí)的承諾派出主要設(shè)計(jì)人員的，應(yīng)事先向委托人提出更換主要設(shè)計(jì)人員的書面申請，為此給委托人造成損失的，設(shè)計(jì)人應(yīng)當(dāng)予以賠償。另設(shè)計(jì)人申請更換設(shè)計(jì)負(fù)責(zé)人且經(jīng)發(fā)包人同意的，仍應(yīng)支付****0元/人/次的違約金；更換其他人員且經(jīng)發(fā)包人同意的，仍應(yīng)支付****0元/人/次的違約金。如上述人員因刑事犯罪（因本項(xiàng)目犯罪除外）、傷病喪失工作能力、離職、死亡等設(shè)計(jì)人無法控制的原因設(shè)計(jì)人申請更換的（投標(biāo)時(shí)設(shè)計(jì)人已能預(yù)見到會發(fā)生前述情況的除外，仍應(yīng)支付違約金），經(jīng)發(fā)包人確認(rèn)屬實(shí)的，可不支付前述違約金。但所更換人員的資質(zhì)、經(jīng)驗(yàn)和能力等不得低于被更換人員，對于設(shè)計(jì)負(fù)責(zé)人，經(jīng)發(fā)包人同意更換的，所更換人選應(yīng)為被更換人員同等職位或以上領(lǐng)導(dǎo)。設(shè)計(jì)人擅自更換設(shè)計(jì)負(fù)責(zé)人的，應(yīng)向發(fā)包人支付******元/人/次的違約金，且發(fā)包人有權(quán)單方解除本合同；設(shè)計(jì)人擅自更換其他人員的，應(yīng)支付******元/人/次的違約金?！?

二、招標(biāo)文件原內(nèi)容與本答疑（紀(jì)要）不一致的，以本答疑（紀(jì)要）內(nèi)容為準(zhǔn)。
