(c)本項目的特定資格要求：（3）法人的分支機構以自己的名義參與競爭時，應提供依法登記的相關證明材料和由法人出具的對該參與競爭活動承擔全部直接責任的明確承諾。
（4）供應商的出資人與本項目其他供應商的出資人應不相同（當兩家以上供應商的出資人中含有同一主體時，將按一家有效供應商計算，該供應商為相關供應商中報價最低且響應文件不存在被判為無效項的供應商，其他供應商將被判為無效供應商）。
（5）本采購項目為中小微企業(yè)預留采購份額項目，專門面向中小微企業(yè)采購，全部或部分不能享受中小微企業(yè)扶持政策的響應文件無效。
（6）本項目不接受聯(lián)合體參與競爭。

(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:(3) When a branch of a legal entity participates in competition in its own name, it shall provide relevant certification materials registered in accordance with the law and a clear commitment issued by the legal entity to assume full direct responsibility for the competition activities. (4) The investor of the supplier should be different from the investor of other suppliers in this project (when the investor of two or more suppliers contains the same entity, it will be calculated as one valid supplier, which is the supplier with the lowest quotation and no response documents judged as invalid among the relevant suppliers, and other suppliers will be judged as invalid suppliers). (5) This procurement project is a reserved procurement quota project for small and medium-sized enterprises, specifically targeting small and medium-sized enterprises. Any response documents that do not fully or partially qualify for support policies for small and medium-sized enterprises are invalid.
