修改、澄清（答疑）紀要內(nèi)容如下： 1、 本項目招標文件第二章 投標人須知-投標人須知前附表-**電子招標投標-3、投標人名稱變更證明材料提交要求-第3.1項提交時間的內(nèi)容修改為：“3.1提交時間：同投標截止時間?！保溆鄡?nèi)容均不變。 2、 原招標文件第五章發(fā)包人要求-“主要材料設(shè)備”作廢，以隨本答疑紀要發(fā)布的附件“主要材料設(shè)備參考品牌明細表”為準，請各投標人自行到電子招投標平臺“招標文件澄清”中下載，否則由此引起的一切后果由投標人自行承擔。 3、 本項目原發(fā)布的“滿足招標需要的設(shè)計圖紙及技術(shù)資料”作廢，以隨本答疑同步發(fā)布的附件 “滿足招標需要的設(shè)計圖紙及技術(shù)資料”為準，請各投標人自行到電子招投標平臺“招標文件澄清”中下載，否則由此引起的一切后果由投標人自行承擔。 4、 招標文件原內(nèi)容與本（答疑）紀要不一致的，以本（答疑）紀要內(nèi)容為準。
