簡要規(guī)則描述：為配合世博水環(huán)品質(zhì)提升工程（一期）主體施工，擬對影響工程主體施工的給水管線等組織搬遷，本項目最大管徑為DN**0。
Brief Specification Description:In order to cooperate with the main construction of the World Expo Water Environment Quality Improvement Project (Phase I), it is proposed to relocate the water supply pipelines and other organizations that affect the main construction of the project. The maximum pipe diameter of this project is DN**0.
合同履約期限：**0日歷天，具體開工日期以甲方開工令為準(zhǔn)
The Contract Period: (c)本項目的特定資格要求：（1）具備市政公用工程施工總承包三級及以上資質(zhì)； (c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:(1) Having a third level or higher qualification for general contracting of municipal public works construction; (2) The proposed project manager must hold a second level or higher registered construction engineer qualification for municipal public works, possess a valid safety production assessment certificate, and not serve as the project leader for other ongoing construction projects. (3) Having a valid Safety Production License issued by the construction department; (4) Not included in the list of dishonest persons subject to enforcement, parties involved in major tax violations, and records of serious illegal and dishonest behavior in government procurement by "Credit China" (****** gov.cn) and China Government Procurement Network (****** gov.cn); (5) This project does not accept consortium forms.
（2）擬安排項目經(jīng)理須為市政公用工程二級及以上注冊建造師執(zhí)業(yè)資格，具備有效的安全生產(chǎn)考核合格證書，且未擔(dān)任其他在建的建設(shè)工程項目的項目負(fù)責(zé)人。
（3）具備建設(shè)部門頒發(fā)的《安全生產(chǎn)許可證》（在有效期）；
（4）未被“信用中國”（******）和中國政府采購網(wǎng)（******）列入失信被執(zhí)行人、重大稅收違法案件當(dāng)事人名單、政府采購嚴(yán)重違法失信行為記錄名單；
（5）本項目不接受聯(lián)合體形式。
(i)符合《中華人民共和國政府采購法》第二十二條的規(guī)定；
