(c)本項(xiàng)目的特定資格要求：（1）持有效的營(yíng)業(yè)執(zhí)照；
（2）具有建筑工程施工總承包資質(zhì)叁級(jí)及其以上資質(zhì)，安全生產(chǎn)許可證（有效期內(nèi)）；
（3）擬派項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理具備建筑工程專業(yè)注冊(cè)建造師二級(jí)及其以上資格；
（4）提供依法繳納稅收和社會(huì)保障資金、近三年沒(méi)有重大違法記錄的書(shū)面聲明；

(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:(1) Hold a valid business license; (2) Have a construction engineering general contracting qualification of level three or above, and a safety production license (within the validity period); (3) The proposed project manager must have a construction engineering professional registered constructor level two or above qualification; (4) Provide a written statement that taxes and social security funds are paid in accordance with the law, and that there are no major illegal records in the past three years;

(i)符合《中華人民共和國(guó)政府采購(gòu)法》第二十二條的規(guī)定；
