(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:3. Requirements for the proposed personnel allocation of the project management organization at the construction site: 4 people (inclusive) or more, including 1 project leader (with intermediate or above professional title in this field), 1 safety officer, 1 quality control officer, and 1 material officer.
