簡要規(guī)則描述：本項(xiàng)目位于西泰林路西、三林塘港南，規(guī)劃用地面積****平方米（以實(shí)測為準(zhǔn)）。雨水泵站建設(shè)規(guī)模**.5立方米/秒。主要建設(shè)內(nèi)容是:雨水泵站土建工程，工藝、電氣等設(shè)備與安裝工程，進(jìn)水總管、出水管、放空管、初雨截流管等管道工程，道路、綠化等室外總體工程，及生產(chǎn)生活輔助用房等附屬工程。
Brief Specification Description:This project is located on the west of Xitailin Road and south of Sanlintang Port, with a planned land area of 5,**5 square meters (subject to actual measurement). The construction scale of the rainwater pump station is **.5 cubic meters per second. The main construction contents include: civil engineering works for the rainwater pump station, equipment and installation works for processes and electrical systems, pipeline works such as inlet main pipes, outlet pipes, vent pipes, and initial rainwater intercepting pipes, outdoor overall works such as roads and greening, and ancillary works such as production and living auxiliary buildings
合同履約期限： Policies aimed at promoting the development of small and medium-sized enterprises, prison enterprises, and welfare units for the disabled. This project specifically targets procurement from small and medium-sized enterprises. During the evaluation process, no price discounts will be applied to products from small and medium-sized enterprises.
(c)本項(xiàng)目的特定資格要求：（1）未被“信用中國”（******）、中國政府采購網(wǎng)（******）列入失信被執(zhí)行人、重大稅收違法案件當(dāng)事人名單、政府采購嚴(yán)重違法失信行為記錄名單；（2）單位負(fù)責(zé)人為同一人或者存在直接控股、管理關(guān)系的不同供應(yīng)商，不得參加同一合同項(xiàng)下的政府采購活動；為本項(xiàng)目提供整體設(shè)計(jì)、規(guī)范編制或者項(xiàng)目管理、監(jiān)理、檢測等服務(wù)的供應(yīng)商，不得參加本項(xiàng)目的采購活動。（3）本項(xiàng)目不接受聯(lián)合體形式投標(biāo)。
(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:(1) Not being listed as a dishonesty-stricken person, a party involved in major tax violation cases, or a person with serious illegal and dishonesty behavior in government procurement on the "Credit China" website (******) or the China Government Procurement website (******); (2) Different suppliers whose unit leaders are the same person or have direct holding or management relationships shall not participate in government procurement activities under the same contract; suppliers providing overall design, specification preparation, project management, supervision, testing, or other services for this project shall not participate in the procurement activities of this project. (3) This project does not accept bids in the form of a consortium.
