Brief Specification Description:Based on the preliminary investigation results of soil pollution status on the plots, some detected factors on plots B-7-**, B-8-**, B-1-**, B-2-**, and B-2-** exceed the detection standards. 3、須系我國境內依法設立的法人或非法人組織（本項目不接受分公司以自己名義參加采購活動）；
4、符合《關于對接國際高標準經貿規(guī)則推進試點地區(qū)政府采購改革的指導意見》（滬財采〔****〕**號）第**條規(guī)定的投標人，不得參加本項目的采購活動；
5、本次采購不接受聯合體響應，不允許合同轉讓與分包。
