text-indent: **px; line-height: **px; font-family: FangSong; font-size: **px; padding: 0px **px; margin: 0px;">二、中華人民共和國境內符合以下要求的自然人、法人及其他組織，除法律、法規(guī)另有規(guī)定外均可申請競買。申請人可以單獨申請競買，也可以聯(lián)合申請競買，聯(lián)合申請競買必須向交易中心提供聯(lián)合競買協(xié)議，并在協(xié)議中明確受讓人的同時，聯(lián)合競買各方均需辦理數(shù)字證書方可參加聯(lián)合申請競買。</p><p style="text-align: justify;
