(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:1. Possessing the qualification for professional contracting of electronic and intelligent engineering at level II or above;
2. Having a safety production license (valid within the validity period);
3. The project leader to be dispatched should have the registered construction engineer qualification for mechanical and electrical engineering at level II or above, possess a valid safety production assessment certificate, and not be serving as the project leader of any other ongoing construction projects;
